		<description>Jane, this is a wonderful analogy w/ the buckets  As one who has a lordorsic spine w/ a curvature, it is hard to obtain a perfect posture.  I find that strong abs make such a difference (have to anyway because of my spinal condition.)  Also upper body strength is important. With a lordorsic spine, straightening can actually tip the bucket, so I have to be aware of bringing the bucket back towards my spine w/o tipping it..  That is wonderful imagery.  Thank you!</description>
